Deleting your account

In the app

Open Daftar Mawaeed, go to Profile, and choose Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm, and it happens immediately.

If you have already uninstalled the app

Write to [email protected] from the phone number on the account, or tell us the number in the message, and we will delete it. We may ask you to confirm a code sent to that number, because otherwise a stranger could delete your account by asking.

What is deleted

• Your account: your phone number, name, email and any details you filled in.
• Your ability to sign in. There is nothing to recover afterwards.

What stays, and why

The businesses you booked with keep their own record of those appointments. That record belongs to them - it is their diary, their takings and, where the law requires it, their bookkeeping - and deleting your account does not reach into another company's books. You can ask a business directly to remove its record of you.
